Experimental acute heart allograft rejection was induced in Brown Norway (RT1n) and Dark Agouti (RT1n) rat strains using vascularized heterotopic heart transplants. Cyclosporin A (10 mg/kg i.a. bolus injection) was administered to recipient rats 7 days after transplantation. Another group of allograft recipients was given only solvent injections. Four days after transplantation, the transplant was harvested and histologically examined. To evaluate graft survival rate, a daily clinical score was used. The relative graft survival rate of the cyclosporin A-treated group at 8 days was 54%, whereas that of the control group was 3%. The graft survival rate of the cyclosporin A-treated group was significantly better than that of the control group at both 4 and 8 days after transplantation. These results indicate that i.a. bolus injection of cyclosporin A may be useful in the treatment of acute rejection of vascularized heart transplants in rats.Q:

I am currently making a small web app in PHP.
If I want to have a dynamic list of all my users I can either use a table in a database or I can use a Zend Table.
I have heard that Zend Table is better then creating my own table in the database because its built in but would it be better to use Zend Table over my own table?
